Oboya Horticulture has as its long-term goal to be a world-leading manufacturing and sales company for consumables and logistic products for the plant growing industry.
Oboya Horticulture intends to grow significantly both organically and through acquisitions of companies with a complementary product range and also to make acquisitions to establish us in new markets.
The acquisitions should be strategically and consist of businesses which will give the company access to a wider range of products or larger geographical markets. The goal of the board is to achieve a net margin of seven percent, which is considered to be realistic within some years.
At the world market, Oboya Horticulture has a very small market share. The board believes there are opportunities to grow considerably and within a five year period achieve a turnover of about one billion SEK with good profitability.
